And for those who wonder why I always have a table cloth on the table when I have people over, the mystery is over.

Sofie's artwork
Hmmm . . . I wonder which preschooler traced her fat little hand with a sharpie marker on my table??

Hadley got into the sharpie this week too.
On the table, the piano bench and the entry table.
Hmmm.
Gotta love markers! When my oldest daughter was a baby she found a red sharpie while I was in the shower. She colored the ENTIRE back of my couch.
Luckily it can be covered up with a table cloth. I was glad she only colored the back of the couch so we could hide it with a little furniture rearranging.
So sorry. Did you hear about the time Aileen got all new bedding for her birthday (I am sure it cost a fortune) and within a week her sissies took a sharpie to the whole thing, pillows included? It was in the trash after a week.
Gotta love it. Eden went through a sharpie phase -- but it was to write her name on things. So, at least we knew who was doing all the damage. Not the smartest idea!
So sorry. Hannah took a toy, which remains anonymous and drove it around and around on my tables in my living room. Each round scratched it more and more. I have to remind myself every time that I dust that I will miss this when they are gone.
Wow! I didn't know you were having sharpie issues too. So, did you "resist" punishing her like me? (Halo over my head) :)
P.S. I think that is THE fuinniest nightmare I've heard of! I bet your still laughing!Whatever happened to ghosts and goblins??
Ha-ha! Some day you'll miss those little Sharpie hands on your table & orange faces on your walls! Enjoy it while it lasts! :)
