Woke up and got Bella up and off to school.
The rest of the family dressed and fed.
Cleaned the kitchen, ran the dishwasher.
Looked at recipes and gathered a short shopping list.
Dropped Sofie and Reed off at Chantelle's (friend) house.
Met Amy (friend) at Gardner Village for a little lunch and shopping without kids.
Picked up my kids, went to 2 stores to find the items on my shopping list.
Put kids down for naps.
Started cleaning a huge box of peaches.
Made 36 pints of peach jam.
Delegated hot dog dinner to Jeff.
Went back out to the store for more canning supplies.
Worked in the yard with Jeff sifting the dirt until 10 p.m.
Cleaned my kitchen and washed dishes - again.
I would take a photo, but can't find my camera. I'm sure one of the kids carried it off and it's in a toy box or something. Problem is, don't have time to clean and look for it. And tomorrow it starts all over again. I have salsa to can, and yet another huge box of peaches.
{sigh} I'm tired.

Wow, you are going to sleep good tonight! Where are these peaches coming from? Yummy yummy.
Mmmmm Utah peaches! I am jealous! (but not jealous of having to clean your kitchen twice!!)
That makes me tired too.
Peaches and tomatoes are the two things worth preserving for us!
Like I've said before, YOU ROCK!!! Glad you had some fun in that exhausting day of yours! :)
Yeah...that list of things you accomplished would be a month long list for me! Like I've said before, and I'm sure I'll say it in EVERY comment, You. Are. Amazing.
P.S.
If you want to send some of that peach jam that way, I guess I could except it!
When I have days like that I like to think that someday, somehow, I'll look back and miss even days like THIS!
PS - It sounds like when you delegate dinners to Jeff, you're options are about as limited as when I delegate it to Jack. Good thing I dig hot dogs.
Just wanted to let you know that I miss you.
